What Theodore is trying to explain in this quote is that if one educates the body the mind and character that they will not have any limits in accomplishing any of your goals that anything you dream of is possible only if you try and if all of this is managed and accomplished that you can possibly be the next person that has the power to control the nation and make it better than how the last one did. Anything is possible only if you educate yourself well enough.
