Education: the required education needed for applying to this job is that you need a post secondary non degree award

Demand:  the demand that has been asked for this profession is for the LPNs to be open minded and patient

Reflection: I do not think that i will like to be one of the LPNs because I am not attracted to this particular profession because i have a job in mind that i would like to pursue and if that does not go as i want it to go than i might consider being an LPN.
