I believe that this quote is very true but I feel that the part that says what you are as a person should apply to everyone because every one as a person is far more important than anything else. besides that i do like and respect this quote from this individual. i like that hey likes his athletes as a person and not as a basketball player. by this quote he shows that his actual basketball player is not as important than the player themselves.
